Postage / Shipping

Nylon Nostalgia is not responsible for packages going missing in transit. We always obtain Proof of Posting from the Royal Mail in every case, a copy of which can be provided to the Buyer in case of delivery problems. Proof of Posting is evidence that Nylon Nostalgia has promptly and safely posted your package out to you and is as far as our responsibilities can go as far as delivery is concerned. High value and all overseas orders are sent using a tracked service and the tracking code will be provided to you as soon as we have it.

Customs & Import Duties

Customs or import duties may be levied on international orders by the recipient country. Nylon Nostalgia has no control over these charges or how long customs clearance may take. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.

Nylon Nostalgia is not liable for any import charges. We also cannot be held responsible for items delayed, lost or damaged in transit.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, Nylon Nostalgia does not accept Returns or Exchanges and we do not send items out on approval/sale or return. If you have any issues or queries arising from a purchase, please notify Nylon Nostalgia as soon as possible and certainly within 14 days of delivery.
